We reserve the right to limit the number of companies you can monitor or the frequency of notifications to ensure service quality for all users.

5. AI-Generated Content

SecTracker offers AI-powered summaries of SEC filings generated using artificial intelligence technology (OpenAI). By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated summaries are for convenience and informational purposes only
• Summaries may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations
• AI cannot fully capture the complexity and nuance of legal and financial documents
• Summaries are not reviewed by humans before being displayed
• You should always refer to the original SEC filing for accurate and complete information
• You will not make any financial, investment, or legal decisions based solely on AI summaries

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and original content (excluding SEC filing data), is owned by SecTracker and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SEC filing data and documents are public domain information provided by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. We make no claim of ownership over this data.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our Service's code, design, or proprietary content
• Use our Service to build a competing product without permission
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our Service in an automated manner
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability
